<br />treatment ponds. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, removing litter, clearing ice,
<br />mowing and vegetation management, minor erosion repairs, fencing repairs, sediment and debris
<br />removal from structural pollution control or pre-treatment devices, and utility relocates. Non-routine
<br />maintenance includes, but is not limited to, sediment removal beyond pre-treatment sediment
<br />removal, major erosion, structure, pipe, and drain tile repair, and clearing drain tile. The owner of the
<br />stormwater management facility will determine when non-routine maintenance is required. The State,
<br />the City, and the County may recalculate the contributing drainage area flows at the time the non-
<br />routine maintenance occurs. Contributing areas for the City of Grant will be assigned to the County for
<br />the purpose of calculating contributing areas.

<br />The County's contributing water volume entering into the ponds at the time the ponds were designed
<br />is 41% for Shamrock Infiltration Basin, 67% for Mouchet Wet Pond. The City's contributing water
<br />volume entering into the ponds at the time the ponds were designed is 54% for Ziertman Wet Pond
<br />and Kelvin Infiltration Basin.
<br />7.2. County Ownership Responsibilities
<br />A. The County will be responsible for ownership, routine, and non-routine maintenance of the Elmo
<br />Infiltration Basin and David Wet Pond stormwater treatment ponds. Routine maintenance includes,
<br />but is not limited to, removing litter, clearing ice, mowing and vegetation management, minor erosion
<br />repairs, fencing repairs, sediment and debris removal from structural pollution control or pre-
<br />treatment devices, and utility relocates. Non-routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to,
