The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains that the following fees related to Short - <br />Term Rentals are adopted and the 2026 Fee Schedule is to be amended; <br />APPLICATION/FEE/PERMIT TYPE <br />2026 FEE <br />ADDITIONAL CHARGE, ESCROW or NOTES <br />Short -Term Rental License <br />$1,500.00 <br />Three-year license term <br />Re -inspection Fee Short -Term Rental <br />$75.00 <br />SECTION 9. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and <br />publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 10. Adoption Date.
