The proposed addition will add on to the existing 65,000 square foot building for a total of about <br />114,100 square feet of medical facility and office space. They will also expand the parking lot. The facility will provide a <br />variety of medical services such as specialized treatment, urgent care, medical imaging, ambulatory surgical procedures, <br />and primary care. The facility will likely employ 100-125 FTE. The medical facility use is permitted by conditional use <br />permit in the Business Park zoning district. Offices are a permitted use in the Business Park zoning district.
