April 9, 2026
FROM: Matt Brandt, CEO of Lake Elmo Medical Center, LLC and Hudson Physicians, S.C.
RE: Redevelopment of High Pointe Health Campus into Lake Elmo Medical Center
Hudson Physicians and its specialty partners purchased the High Pointe Health Campus in
December 2025 with a shared vision for expanding and elevating healthcare services in the
region. As part of this initiative, the ownership group plans to transform a partially occupied
65,000-square-foot building and redevelop the campus into a unified, approximately
114,000-square-foot multidisciplinary medical office destination.
The collective of high-quality medical groups will primarily deliver services within a medical
office setting, supported by select surgical procedures performed in an ambulatory surgery center
environment. This integrated care model is designed to provide as many services as possible
outside of a traditional hospital facility, enhancing convenience, accessibility, and efficiency for
patients.
Serving Lake Elmo and the surrounding communities, the redeveloped campus will be rebranded
as Lake Elmo Medical Center, reflecting its expanded capabilities and its role as a
comprehensive hub for outpatient care.
Lake Elmo Medical Center will consist of these practices:
1st Floor Program Overview:
•Suite 100 – iSpine
Approximately 20,000 SF
iSpine specializes in the treatment of chronic spine and musculoskeletal pain.
Approximately half of the suite will function as medical office space dedicated to
physical therapy and related clinical services. The remaining portion will operate as an
ambulatory surgery center focused on interventional pain procedures.
•Suite 101 – Dermatology
Approximately 4,100 SF
Dermatology provides comprehensive care for a wide range of medical and cosmetic skin
conditions. This space will be entirely medical office space.
