This suite will be designed entirely as medical office space, supporting outpatient <br />neurological evaluation, testing, and follow-up care within a clinic-based environment. <br />•2nd Floor Building Common spaces <br />Approximately 4,900 SF <br />The building’s common spaces support the overall functionality of the medical center and <br />serve all tenants and visitors. These areas include public restrooms, vertical circulation <br />such as stairs and elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, and shared waiting areas. <br />Together, they provide essential infrastructure and enhance the overall patient and staff <br />experience throughout the facility. <br />3rd Floor Program Overview: <br />•Suite 301 – Minnesota Urology <br />Approximately 20,000 SF <br />Minnesota Urology will provide comprehensive urologic health services, with this suite <br />dedicated to clinic visits and medical research activities.
