PROPOSAL ANALYSIS <br />A variance is being requested for reduced setback to the West side yard. The <br />City Council approved the rezoning of the property to the West (8695 Eagle <br />Point Blvd –Amira Apartments) from Mixed Use Business Park to High Density <br />Residential on November 1st, 2022.
