PROPOSAL ANALYSIS <br />The yellow area shows the <br />buildable area in compliance with <br />city setbacks per LEC <br />105.12.930. <br />The original development intent <br />was that the open grass area to <br />the south side of the building <br />would be designated for future <br />expansion. This planned location <br />preserves the wetland area and <br />landscaping on site. The <br />proposed location also <br />accommodates the existing <br />building, parking lot, utilities, and <br />access road layout.
