Landscape Architect <br />1.The tree preservation plan must be updated to show the following: <br />a. All areas to be graded and the limits of land disturbance. <br />b. Trees to be preserved and protected need to be shown at the size of their <br />critical root zone (CRZ) and tree protection fencing must be shown and <br />installed outside of the CRZ. <br />c. Removals must be classified separately by Evergreen, Hardwood, and <br />Common trees. <br />2. Landscape plans must be revised to include the following: <br />a. Add Lake Elmo’s City Standard tree planting details and standard landscape <br />notes. <br />b. Show the location of a topsoil stockpile. <br />c. Confirm that the trees will be planted ten feet away from utilities and not <br />within drainage and utility easements.
