City Engineer <br />1.The applicant must submit the following documentation: <br />a. A complete Stormwater Management Plan in accordance with State, <br />Watershed, and City rules must be submitted for further staff review and <br />approval. Soil borings must be submitted in accordance with the City <br />Engineering Design Standards Manual. <br />b. Traffic Impact Study to determine if turn lane improvements are needed. <br />c. Proposed Building Height to peak of roof. <br />d. Show whether buildings will be equipped with Fire Suppression Systems. <br />e. Plans and specifications must be prepared in accordance with the City <br />Engineering Design Standards Manual, using City standard details, plan notes, <br />and specifications. <br />2. No construction may begin until the applicant has received City Engineer <br />approval for the Final Site Plans. A preconstruction meeting must be held by the <br />City’s engineering department.
