City Engineer <br />3. Secondary access may be required. Minimum access road width is 26-feet and is <br />not met. If the applicant is proposing 8980 Hudson as a secondary access, then <br />travel lane widths must be submitted with access easements from the owner of the <br />property. <br />4. The applicant will be required to execute and record a Stormwater Maintenance <br />and Easement Agreement. <br />5. Site plan revisions are required to relocate the underground filtration basin to <br />eliminate any encroachments into the City’s water/sanitary sewer utility easements. <br />6. Fire hydrants must be installed and will remain City owned and maintained. <br />Easements over all watermain and fire hydrants must be provided. <br />7. Sanitary sewer and watermain profile plan sheets must be submitted to <br />demonstrate the existing and proposed grades over the utility systems. <br />8. Landscape plans must be revised to eliminate all City water/sanitary sewer utility <br />easement encroachments.
