Revise and <br />resubmit, noting the following: <br />- Only four trees appear red on the plan, but eight trees are noted as removed in the chart. Both of these <br />sheets need to reflect the same information. <br />- All black cherry trees should be counted as a hardwood trees and not common trees. Revise in chart. <br />- If tree number 23 is in fact a 48” black cherry, it is likely in the running to be a state champion tree. This <br />should be verified before proceeding with the critical root zone (CRZ) impacts currently proposed. <br />Grading adjustments that enable this tree’s CRZ to be properly preserved should be explored.
