Review Comments <br />Below is a summary of the agency review comments received. Conditions of approval have been added where <br />applicable. <br />Fire Dept: Provided standard comments regarding drive lanes, access points, signage, hydrants, fire suppression, <br />addressing, EMS systems, KNOX systems, and EV charging. <br />Landscape Architect: Revisions are required to the landscape plan. Boulevard trees will be provided with this <br />application. As the single lots develop landscaping and screening will be required. No tree preservation plan is required <br />with this application. <br />MN DNR: Provided comments that the impervious surface limit is 30% and that commercial uses in the shoreland <br />districts of natural environment (NE) lakes require a conditional use permit. <br />City of Oakdale: Provided comments that they would like to ensure a full access at the intersection of 9th Street and <br />Inwood Ave. <br />Washington County: Provided comments that their plans have addressed their preliminary comments regarding <br />intersections in the memo dated November 10th, 2025. <br />South Washington Watershed District: The applicant is in communication with the SWWD and seeking to coordinate <br />on permitting reviews and timelines, as necessary. <br />City Attorney: The City Attorney will need to review the plat documents and title commitment. A plat opinion is <br />required prior to recording of the final plat.
