This parcel was <br />anticipated to be a commercial site based on the Inwood Master Plan that was approved in 2014 and has already <br />been mass graded. The project, to be called Inwood Commercial, will contain five commercial lots. The current <br />request only includes subdivision of the property to create the individual commercial lots.
