A.Introduction <br />A.1.Project Description <br />It is our understanding that Inwood 10 LLC is proposing to develop a 154-acre area for both commercial <br />and residential use in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. A geotechnical evaluation has already been performed for <br />the residential portion of the project by American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET). The residential portion <br />includes the construction of a subdivision in the center and northwest portions of the development as <br />shown on the sketch below. Our evaluation was performed for only the commercial area as outlined in <br />the sketch below. <br />Figure 1. Proposed Commercial Development Concept Plan <br />The majority of the parcel is agricultural fields with small isolated areas with trees.
