We have
implemented a new City financial software with
integrated utility billing, which allows for better
financial controls and more efficient processes.
Part of the change includes a new utility
payment system called BS&A Payments.
The new system will allow paperless billing and
autopay. The current system, Paya-Nuvei, is no
longer available.
Go to the website below to get started!
https://www.lakeelmo.gov/ub.
New Utility Bills!
Water Conservation
Conserving water in Lake Elmo is a top priority. This
funding has enabled Lake Elmo to
provide a rebate to current water
customers who replace existing
devices with specified water-
efficient products, or who have an
irrigation system audit completed
by a professional.
Qualifying purchases are eligible
for a rebate on your water bill.
These credits range from $150 to
$500, dependent on your rebate
type.
Go to the Water Rebate Program
page at www.LakeElmo.gov for
guidelines, restrictions and a list of
qualifying items.
For the average resident, irrigating wisely has the highest impact on water conservation. Watering
appropriate amounts and at appropriate times is key. Following city-wide restrictions will help
make the best use of water for your lawn and will help ensure water and water pressure are
available at high-demand times. Consult your irrigation professional to determine an appropriate
amount of water for your lawn.
You may find information on irrigation zones/days/times on the Watering & Irrigation link on our
website at www.LakeElmo.gov
