LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 20, 2010 3 <br />MOTION: Council Member DeLapp moved to authorize the execution of Easement <br />Encroachment Agreements for: <br /> <br />Mendez Property - 5650 57th Street Circle N. – fence <br />Koepke Property - 3435 Isle Court N. – fence <br />Myers Property - 11711 56th Street N. – fence <br />Hoagland Property - 10024 Tapestry Road – fence <br /> <br />Council Member Park seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0. <br /> <br />Amending Chapters 94, 150, 151, 152, 153 and 154 of the City Code to bring them into <br />conformance with the Storm Water and Erosion Sediment Control ordinance; Ordinance <br />08-024, Resolution No 2010-013 <br /> <br />The City Council is being asked to review and approve proposed minor amendments to <br />Chapters 94, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154 of the City Code to incorporate references go and <br />improve consistency with Chapter 150. Chapter 150 regulates storm water and erosion <br />and sediment control throughout the City. <br /> <br />The proposed changes are not intended to alter regulations, but instead to consolidate the <br />information, as applicable, into one area of the code. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Smith moved to approve Ordinance 08-024 approving the <br />code amendments and Resolution No. 2010-013 authorizing summary publication of this <br />Ordinance. Council Member DeLapp seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0. <br /> <br />2010 Street and Water Quality Improvements – Approval of Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Advertisement for Bids, Resolution No. 2010-015 <br /> <br />Ryan Stempski, Assistance City Engineer, reported the City Coun cil is being asked to <br />approve the plan and specifications for the 2010 Street and Water Quality Improvements <br />and order advertisement for bids. <br /> <br />There are six rainwater gardens proposed for the 2010 Street and Water Quality <br />Improvements. At the April 8th Valley Branch Watershed District Board meeting the <br />City received approval of the VBWD Community Grant and will receive 50% <br />reimbursement for these water quality improvements. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Smith moved to approve Resolution No. 2010-015 <br />Approving the Plans and Specifications for the 2010 Street and Water Quality <br />Improvements and Ordering the Advertisement for Bids. Council Member Park seconded <br />the motion. The motion passed 4-0. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
