LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL JUNE 15, 2010 1 <br />MINUTES APPROVED: July 6, 2010 <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />June 15, 2010 <br /> <br />Mayor Johnston called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Johnston and Council Members DeLapp, Smith and Park <br />Absent: Council Member Emmons <br /> <br />Also Present: Administrator Messelt, City Engineer Griffin, Attorney <br />Snyder, Finance Director Bouthilet, Joe Rigdon, KDV, and City Clerk Lumby <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member DeLapp moved to approve the June 15, 2010 City Council <br />agenda, as amended. Council Member Park seconded the motion. The motion passed 4- <br />0. <br /> <br />GROUND RULES: <br /> <br />APPROVED MINUTES: <br /> <br />The June 1, 2010 City Council minutes were approved by consensus. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/INQUIRIES: None <br /> <br />2010 Legislative Session Recap: Hon. Julie Brown, MN State Representative (56A) <br /> Hon. Kathy Saltzman, MN State Senator (56) <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Smith moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Council <br />Member Park seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0. <br /> <br /> Approve payment of disbursements and payroll in the amount of $156,267.61 <br /> Establish a City Council Sub-Committee for Personnel/Human Resources <br />comprised of Council Member Smith and Mayor Johnston and an Ad Hoc Sub- <br />Committee for Review of Current Assessment Policies comprised of Council <br />Members Park and DeLapp <br /> Approve the proposed contract and purchase of 911 ALI Data from Quest in the <br />amount of $1,235.00 contingent upon final County denial of the requested access <br />to said data. The fee is $650 per year for updated data. <br /> Approve the proposed service agreement with the City of Oakdale for vehicle <br />repairs/maintenance
