LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES December 14, 2010 3 <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member DeLapp moved to enter into Executive Session regarding <br />Litigation Strategies relating to Groundwater Contamination Issues. Council Member <br />Emmons seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member DeLapp moved to close the Executive Session regarding <br />Litigation Strategies relating to Groundwater Contamination Issues. Council Member <br />Emmons seconded the motion.
