MOTION: Council Member Johnson moved to appoint TKDA (Jack Griffin) as the city <br />engineer and Peterson, Fram and Bergman (Jerry Filla) as the city attorney. <br />Council Member DeLapp seconded the motion. Mayor Johnston and Council Members <br />Johnson and Park voted in favor of the motion. Council Members DeLapp and Smith <br />abstained. <br /> <br />Appointment of required officials to the Fire Relief Association Board of Trustees: <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Johnston moved to appoint Fire Chief Malmquist, Mayor Johnston <br />and Finance Director Tom Bouthilet to the Board of Trustees of the Fire Relief <br />Association. Council Member Park seconded the motion.
