AUAR process and to be prepared to finalize the development scenario selection in early <br />March after the public input. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Johnston moved to forward the following seven development scenarios <br />including: 1) 600 new housing units, 2) 1,000 new housing units and 3) 1,600 new <br />housing units all of which will be based upon the composite land use map in the accepted <br />Village Masterplan and 4) 905 new housing units based upon the Comprehensive Plan <br />Village future land use map; and that the hospital option be evaluated as an alternate to <br />the three options based upon the composite land use map in the affected Village <br />Masterplan at the Lakeview Hospital’s expense of $24,840. Council member Parks <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> <br />Mayor Johnston announced: <br />• TH36 & CSAH17 Design Review Committee Open House, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 <br />p.m., Tuesday, February 26 at River Valley Christian Church. After the open <br />house all meetings will be held in the Lake Elmo City Hall Annex on the first <br />Monday, 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., of each month starting in March. <br /> <br />• Washington County Landfill Meeting, Thursday, February 21st, Oak-Land Jr. H.S. <br />6:30 p.m. Open House, 7:00 p.m. Meeting.
