LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 1, 2008 4 <br />Council Member DeLapp gave a verbal summary of when the bus garage was allowed to <br />locate on the property. He questioned the number of trips Mr. Emerson estimated from <br />the proposed terminal and how well the city would monitor conditions it puts on the land. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued followed by a motion for adjournment. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Johnson moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 p.m. Council <br />Member Park seconded the motion.
