1. Names and addresses of the applicant, owners of the sign, and lot; <br />2 The address at which the sign(s) are to be erected: <br />3 The legal description of the property on which the sign(s) are to be erected <br />and the street on which they are to front; <br />4. A complete set of scaled plans showing the sign dimensions.. area, height, <br />ground elevations, applicable setbacks, and other details to full <br />clearly represent the safe construction and placement of the proposed <br />sign(s); <br />5. Type of sign(s) being requested (i.e. wall sign, monument sign, etc.); <br />6. The permit fee; and <br />7. The following if applicable: <br />a Written authorization from the property owner upon who's land the <br />sign is to be erected. <br />b A permit from either MnDOT or Waslungton County if the proposed <br />sign is alono a state highway or county road. <br />c A sign lan showing signs for all businesses if the sign is located on a <br />building with more than one business. <br />d Photographs of the building face and the building faces of both <br />adjacent buildings if the sign is being placed on an existing structure. <br />e If replacing a historical sign pictorial proof or other information that <br />the sign is of historical significance or is a reproduction of a historic <br />sign. <br />(C) Temporary Signs To apply for a permit to allow a temporary sign a <br />complete application shall be Submitted to the City containing the following; <br />1 Names and addresses of the applicant, owners of the sign, and lot; <br />2 The adch-ess at which the sign(s) are to be erected; <br />3 A generalized plan set showing the sign dimensions and height and a <br />notation of the materials to be used. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
