4. A scaled site plan which clearly_ represents the placement of the proposed <br />sign(s) on the applicable property; <br />5. The proposed timeframe(s) over which the sign(s) will be posted; <br />6. The perniit fee; and <br />7. The followin, if applicable: <br />a. Written authorization from the property owner upon who's land the <br />sign is to be erected. <br />b. A permit from either MnDOT or Washington. County if the proposed <br />sign is along a state highway or county road. <br />D) Temnorary Sian Renewal. A temnorary sign permit issued by the City ma <br />be renewed rovided the sign design, size, location, or other previously <br />approved details are not proposed to change A sign renewal application shall <br />include the following: <br />1 Names and addresses of the applicant, owners of the sign, and lot; <br />2. The address at which the si�,n(s) are to be erected; <br />3. The date of issuance of the permit being renewed: <br />4. The proposed timeframe(s)over which the signs) will be posted; <br />5 Written authorization from the property owner upon whose land the si<:n is <br />to be erected (if applicable); and <br />6. The permit renewal lee. <br />E) Review. The planning department shall approve or deny complete sign permit <br />applications upon receipt of a complete application If the permit is denied <br />the planning department will send a written notice of denial to the applicant. <br />The written notice will indicate the reason(s) for denial and a description of <br />the applicant's appeal rights. <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
