CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />CABLE FRANCHISE <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />On the 3rd day of August, 1999, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance No. 9750 , and, by four <br />affirmative votes pursuant to Minnesota Stat. §412.19 1, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of the Ordinance be <br />published. <br />Lake Elmo Ordinance No. 9750 is entitled "Cable Television Franchise Ordinance".
