7.03 Rates and Other Charges. <br />A. All regulatable rates and charges shall be subject to regulations by Grantor, <br />in a manner to be provided by it. In the absence of any Grantor action taken <br />to exercise rate regulation, Company shall be subject to the rate regulation <br />provisions provided herein, and of the state or its agencies that may from time <br />to time be applicable. <br />B. Rates and charges charged by Company for monthly service and installation <br />and all other charges hereunder shall be uniform, fair and reasonable and <br />designed to meet all necessary costs of service, including a fair rate of return <br />on the original cost, less depreciation, of the properties devoted to such <br />service. <br />C. Standard installation rates shall apply to installations that are two hundred <br />(200) feet or less from the distribution plant. For aerial and underground <br />installation of service drops longer than two hundred (200) feet, Subscribers <br />will be charged an additional amount for the installation equal to the <br />incremental increase of the cost of time and materials for the portion of the <br />drop over two hundred (200) feet. <br />D. Service requests for maintenance or repair of System shall be performed at no <br />charge to a Subscriber. If such maintenance or repair is required as a result <br />of damage caused by Subscriber, Company may charge according to its actual <br />cost for time and material. <br />14 <br />
