(3) That the territory described below is appropriate for annexation as it abuts and is <br />contiguous to property owned by the Goetschel's in the City of Lake Elmo that is <br />proposed to be developed. <br />(4) That none of the territory is now included within the limits of any city. <br />(5) That the territory is 60 acres or less in area. <br />Section 2. Population. The population of the territory described below iS two (2) residents. <br />Section 3. Territory Annexed: The corporate limits of the City are hereby extended to include <br />the unplatted land described as follows, which land is situated in the County of Washington and <br />State of Minnesota, to wit: <br />Part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 29, Range 20 lying NLY <br />and WLY of road now known as State Trunk Highway 5 except the S 100 feet. <br />Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 114 of Section 7, Township 29, Range 20, <br />being the south 1195 feet lying West of road State Highway except S 135 feet. <br />Section 4. Filing: The City Clerk/Administrator is hereby directed to file certified copies of this <br />Ordinance with the Secretary of State, the County Auditor of the County in which the property is <br />located, the Town Clerk of Baytown Township and the Minnesota Municipal Board. <br />Section 5.
