VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />May 22, 1962 <br />Minutes of council meeting. 3.30P.M. <br />:Present: L.Urtel, RxxRkmm, R. Dornfeld, and Don Mehsikomer. <br />Reading of ruling on bids by Village Engineer W. Banister. <br />All bids were opened for the water system and the wm11xafk tower <br />after which Banister Engineering requested a recess so that they <br />could tabulate all the bids to determine low bidder and make a <br />recommendation to the council. <br />Mayor Urtel called the recess and advised that the meeting would <br />reconvene at 7:30P.M. <br />7:30 P.M. meeting called to, order by Mayor Urtel. <br />Present were L.Urtel, Roy Dornfeld, L.Ebne, and D. Mehsikomer of <br />the council along with Bill Banister and Gil Lundholm of Banister <br />Engineering and Peter Popovich Legal Advisor on the water project, <br />Bill Banister reported that after tabulating the bids and checking <br />on the bidder he recommended giving the award to the lowest bidder. <br />Bids were as follows: <br />Water Main Construction- Project <br />No.2. <br />Austin P.Keller <br />$123,157.00 <br />Lametti & Sons <br />$113,199.50 <br />Avoles Cont.
