EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO COUNCIL <br />MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 18, 1970. <br />A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Lake <br />Elmo was held at the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M. on August 18, 1970. <br />The following members were present: Brookman, Watson, Abercrombie, <br />(1 and Friedrich and Councilman Shervheim was absent. <br />The Mayor raised the question of the percentage of the cost to be <br />assessed for the Street Improvements of 1970; after discussion Council- <br />man Watson moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE PORTION OF THE COST <br />TO BE ASSESSED FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENTS OF 1970 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Lake Elmo <br />that the following percentages of the cost of the 1970 Street Improve- <br />ments shall be assessed for the amount indicated with respect to each <br />improvements <br />1. 7th Street between Lake Elmo Road and Rose Avenue - 204J <br />per front foot. <br />2. llth Street West of Airport Road - 75% undeveloped; 90% residential. <br />3. Eagle Point Road from T.H. 212 northerly 1,850 feet - 100%. <br />9. Lake Shore Drive - 100%. <br />5. Lake Jane Drive northeast of Lake Jane Road - 100%. <br />6. Lake Jane Road - 100%. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Abercrombie and upon a vote being taken thereon the follow- <br />ing voted in favors Brockman, Watson, Abercrombie, and Friedrich and <br />there were no votes against the same. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />)ss. <br />J COUNTY OF WASHINGTON ) <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes with the original thereof on <br />file in my office, and that the same is a true and complete transcript of <br />the minutes of a meeting of the Council of said municipality duly called <br />and held on the date therein indicated, so far as the same minutes relate <br />to the levy of assessments for an improvement of said municipality. <br />WITNESS my hand and the seal of <br />(SEAL) <br />said !<5' �, 1970. <br />Clbrr. <br />
