Minutes of the lake Elmo 'Village Council. meeting November 17, 1970 P.3 <br />Request received from Barton Contrac•tin Company for the Special Use Permit <br />to remove stock piles of crushed gravel from property of Fred I?i.chert, <br />Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Abercrombie that the <br />Special use Permit be reissued for another year but with stipulation that <br />no more material be crushed and that :Barton is responsible for any damage <br />to Village roads. Carried 4-0. <br />Minutes of the Special Meeting Of Monday November 9, 1970 kx were distrib- <br />uted and after review motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd by Councilman <br />Friedrich that they be approved was carried 4-0. <br />Clerk advised to prepare a list of all -the establishments in the Village <br />that may dox burning, other than residential.
