�11 RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO 11ASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVES TO THE W.O.N.E. JOINT SANITARY SEWER BOARD TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION OF SAID SEWER BOARD PROVID.- ING FOR THE REPAYMENT OF CERTAIN OVERPAYMENTS TO THE VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO. WHEREAS, the Village of Lake Elmo (formerly the Town of East Oakdale) has a credit due from the Woodbury, Oakdale, Northdale, East Oakdale Joint Sanitary Sewer Board in the amount of $31,168.00 which credit is due as a result of an area assessment paid to the said Sanitary Sewer Board in excess of the amount of participation ultimately determined to be required from the Village of Lake Elmo; and WHEREAS, the said Sanitary Sewer Board is presently unable to pall the Village of Lake. Elmo the $31,168.00; and,, WHEREAS, a resolution has been presented to said Sanitary Sewer Board proposing that, among other things, the Village of Lake Elmo be paid int- erest at the rate of 7% per annum from the first day of November, 1969, on said $31,168.00 until such tive as that amount is paid to the Village of Lake Elmo and, further, that said principal amount be paid to the Village of Lake Elmo no later than December 31, 1971,-, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a member of said Sanitary Sewer Board represeating the Village of Lake Elmo be, and hereby is, authorized to approve the said resolution a copy of which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
