R -70 - cl <br />RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SANITARY SEWER CAPACITY OUTSIDE W.O.N.E.DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Lake Elmo has been <br />approached by several residential areas having sanitary sewer problems as <br />well as individual developers relative to Sanitary Sewer capacity outside <br />of the W.O.N.E. District limits, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Lake Elmo is anticipated to have a population <br />of 15,400 by the year 1985, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Lake Elmo feels that additional capacity for <br />sanitary sewage flow is necessary beyond that presently available and service- <br />able by the W.O.N.E. sewer capacity for the above projected growth, and, <br />WHEREAS, the additional area under consideration is felt to be required <br />for development and will require sewer service in order to grow properly <br />with economic utility service, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Lake Elmo requests <br />temporary additional sewage capacity through the W.O.N.E. sanitary sewer <br />facilities for the following property; all of Section 9 and Section 33, <br />which comprises approximately 640 gross acres in total by providing lift <br />stations and force mains wherever applicable, said temporary services to be <br />discontinued whenever permanent facilities are available. <br />Dated: / 1970 <br />Attest: <br />May r <br />
