R 70-1 <br />RESOLUTION OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />A RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN PROPERTIES FROM THE W.O.N.E. SANITARY <br />SEWER PROJECT ASSESSMENT ROLLS. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the real estate owned by the Commissioner <br />of Highways of the State of .Minnesota, which real estate is more fully <br />described in "Exhibit A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof, is not <br />subject to special assessment for improvements made in connection with <br />the W.O.N.E. sanitary sewer district project; and, <br />WHEREAS, it further appears that the amount which would have been <br />assessed against said property if said property had been privately <br />owned may be collected from the Commissioner of Highways through the <br />procedure provided by Chapter 435 of the Minnesota Statutes, but not <br />through special assessment procedures; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Lake Elmo, as successor to the Town Board of the former <br />Town of East Oakdale, Washington County, Minnesota, that the assess- <br />ments against the said property owned by the Commissioner of Highways <br />be, and hereby are, stricken from -the said assessment rolls. <br />Calvin J. grookman, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Donald N�sikomer, Clerk <br />
