R 70-1 <br />RESOLUTION OF <br />THE VILLAIE OF LACE ELMO <br />A RESOLUTIUN DELETING CERTAIM PRUOERTIEs rROM THE W.O.N.E. SONIIArY <br />SEWER PROJECT ASSESSNENT ROLLS, <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the real estate owned by the Commissioner <br />of Highways of the State of Minnesota, which real estate is more fully <br />described in "Exhibit A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof, in not <br />subject to special assessment for impravemnnts made in connection with <br />the W.C.N.E. sanitary sewer district project; and, <br />WHEREAS, it further appears that the amount which would have been <br />assessed against said property if said praperty had been privately <br />awned may be collected from the Commissioner of Highways through the <br />Procedure provided by Chapter 435 of the Minnesota Statutes, but not <br />through special assessment procedures; <br />NOW, TUERErOVE, BE IT RESOLVEDp by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Lake Elmo, as OucceSsor to the Town Board of the former <br />Town of East Oakdale, Washington County, Minnesota, that the assess- <br />=Ats against the said property owned by the Commissioner of Highways <br />be, and hereby are, stricken from the said assessment rolls. <br />CALVIN J.
