MINUTES OF' THE LAKE ELMO VILLAGE COUNCIZ ME^TTITC SEPT. 193 1972 pg. 2 <br />Jim & Kay Griffin presented rough plans for a proposed J & W Boat storage to be <br />built on Hwy. 12. Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C. Watson that the council approve <br />the concept of the plans but final approval subject to plans meeting codes and. <br />( approved by the building inspector. This includes bui-lding, sewer, well etc, <br />carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Abercrombie 2nd by C. Shorvheim that the proposed lot 1 block 1 plat <br />for a one acre lot being submitted by Dan Olinger be approved subject to the approval <br />of the Valley Watershed District. Carried 5-0, <br />Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C. Abercrombie to accept a 10-$000 bond or saving <br />certifica-te as guarantee that plat will be completed. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C. Watson that the Lake Elmo Council indicate to <br />Fran Pott a willingness to spend $22000.00 as our share in a joint powers act <br />for planning the I 9)1 corridor subject to approval of all the parties concerned. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C. Abercrombie to approve the bills for payment. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Abercrombie 2nd by C. Watson apnroving and authorizing the mayor <br />and the clerk to sign the contract for the proposed bicycle trail from St. Paul <br />to Stillwater.. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C.
