MEETING OF THE TAKE T1MO VILLAGr, COUNCIL OCTOB&�',R 17, 1972.pg. 2 <br />f <br />A preliminary approval was given to Jim Griffin regarding construction of J&H Boats & <br />Motors. Mr. Griffin submitted final plans. Motion by C. 'Watson 2nd by C. Abercrombie <br />that plans be approved and authorization be given to the building inspector to issue the <br />necessary permits. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Abercrombie 2nd by C. Shervheim toapprove bills for payot. OK 5-0. <br />Clean-up days set for Saturday, November 4,1972. Boxes to be made available at parking <br />lot by fireball starting Friday night thru Saturday moon at least. <br />Tito Vittori advised that he had received a. bill from the construction firm for the sewer <br />setup installed for and paid for by the Village. Since Mr. Vittori had been billed by <br />the Village Engi.neer,Bonestroo advised that he would check into the matter and report back. <br />Clerk advised to set up a procedure to send out copies of any important correscondence to <br />members of the council so that they can be prepared to discuss at the next meeting. Tf <br />required copies should be sent to counsel and/or engineer. <br />Motion by C. Watson 2nd by C. Shervheim to authorize C. Friedrich to purchase a 1972 <br />InterYnati.onal pickup with 4,100 miles for $2,350,00 Carried 5-0. <br />C. Friedrich authorized to dispose of the old pickup and the old tractor for 1200. <br />Motion b:; C. Abercrombie 2nd by C. Shervheim to authorize C. Friedrich to get prices for <br />completing the stale drain on Legion St. and because of the time involved to accept the <br />best bid to enable him to have the work completed this year. Carried 5-0. <br />Counsel advised that because of legislation we are required to comply with the results <br />of the acturial study and build up the deficit in the Fireman's Relief Association over <br />the course of the next four ,years. The annual amount would be 9$5,506.O8. Failure to do <br />so would mean that vie would not participate in the insurance rebate system sharing funds. <br />Motion submitted by C. Abercrombie 2nd by C. Shervheim that we add the needed amount to <br />the budget for 1972 and .for each of the required additional 3 ,years. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C.
