AGENDA: <br />The City Administrator asked to add 8C-Chris Riley Utilities, Inc. performance; change <br />4B Minutes and Structure to 6A; Fire Chief asked to move Fire Dept. Updates 7B to 3A. <br />M/S/P Johnson/Conlin - to approve the Agenda as amended. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />2.
