CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97-176 <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LATERAL WATER MAIN CHARGES <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that the following connection <br />charges are approved: <br />(1) The lateral water main charge for City Water System Interconnect Project <br />Phase I shall be $4,512.00 per lot, if such charges are paid in calendar year <br />2006. <br />(2) The lateral water main charge for City Water System Interconnect Project <br />Phase II shall be $5,718.00 per lot, if such charges are paid in calendar year <br />2006. <br />If the charges for these projects are paid after 2006, the actual charge will be <br />adjusted for inflation.
