It was agreed that if at some point in time parking becomes a <br />problem on consistent basis city Staff and the DNR would be open to discus additional <br />parking spaces at that location. <br />> The submitted of a planting plan/landscape plan for the area proposed <br />to be graded beyond the property boundary within the 100' tributary setback.
