Final Plat and Develo went Agreement — Hidden Meadows 2nd Addition: <br />Resolution No.2006-066• (postponed): <br />The City Planner informed the Council that Hidden Meadows Development, LLC <br />(Developer) had requested Hidden Meadows 2na Addition be withdrawn until the July 18, <br />2006, Council meeting. <br />C. Final Plat and Development Agreement — HOA 2nd Addition: Resolution No <br />2006-065: <br />City Planner presented the Final Plat and DA for HOA 2na Addition, consisting of 12.6 <br />acres divided into a cul-de-sac street, 2 lots and 1 outlot. <br />M/S/P Johnson/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 2006-065, approving the Final Plat <br />and Development Agreement of the HOA 2nd Addition. (Motion passed 4-0) <br />10. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: None <br />11. CITY ADNHMSTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />The Assistant City Administrator informed Council that the lawsuit against the City by <br />the I-94 property owners had been dismissed, without prejudice. <br />12. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Johnston informed the Council that he had attended the LMNC Conference last <br />Thursday. <br />Council Member Conlin - Absent <br />Council Member DeLapp informed Council that he had been at the Regional Art Center, <br />and viewed the artwork. The recycled materials, required to create the art, were very <br />good. Awards were given to all participants. <br />Council Member Johnson attended the July 4a` Kids Parade, and hoped all the children <br />had a good time. There were 17 participants for the Recycle Art Contest. <br />Council Member Smith informed Council that the Regional Art Center is offering classes <br />every Thursday night this summer.
