Resolution No. 2006-141: Eagle Point Business Park PUD Final Plan Amendment <br />si n <br />Assistant Planner Matzek recommends approval of the requested PUD Final Plan <br />Amendment. In 1999, a PUD Development Stage Plan was approved for the entire Eagle <br />Point Business Park site. As a part of that plan, a master sign plan was submitted for the <br />entire PUD site and sign types were established. <br />The applicant is proposing to move the location of the "secondary signage" from the <br />northeast corner of Inwood Avenue and Hudson Boulevard to the southeast corner of <br />Hudson Boulevard and Eagle Point Circle. The sign would be subject to the condition <br />that it would be located at least 145 feet from any property line or public street right-of- <br />way line. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Smith — to approve the Final PUD Plan amendment of the Eagle Point <br />Business Park to permit a secondary project identification sign per, plans Staff dated <br />November 21, 2006.
