DRAFT December 5, 2006 <br />C. Acting Interim City Administrator <br />Mayor Johnston requested the Council to extend the Interim City Administrator's duties <br />until the new Administrator is hired. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Johnson — to appoint Thomas Bouthilet, Finance Director, as Interim <br />City Administrator/Treasurer until a new City Administrator has been hired, to reimburse <br />him for the additional responsibilities, and to suspend the City's Policy regarding the <br />supervising of relatives during the interim period.. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />D. Water Tower Warranty (Addition) <br />City Attorney Filla informed the Council on the status of the water tower warranty, <br />stating that Tank Industries, an independent contractor, had inspected the tower. The <br />Contractor has agreed to increase the warranty to five (5) years, but not the 1-3-5 year <br />inspections by an independent contractor. <br />11.
