CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-144 <br />A RESOLUTION RENAMING <br />KINDRED AVENUE NORTH TO KELVIN AVENUE NORTH <br />WITHIN THE PLAT OF HIDDEN MEADOWS OF LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo previously named a platted roadway as <br />Kindred Avenue North within its jurisdiction which is located within Section 2, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo desires to rename that portion of Kindred <br />Avenue North to Kelvin Avenue North, and wants to ensure that all local jurisdictions are <br />aware of the change and also wants to ensure that the new name is placed in the 9-1-1 <br />system; and <br />WHEREAS, a Resolution is necessary to change the name of a street, and the <br />information and the Resolution must be forwarded to the Washington County Surveyor's <br />Office in order to effectuate the change. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept that Kindred Avenue North which lies in <br />those portions of Section 2 within the City of Lake Elmo as identified within the Plat of <br />HIDDEN MEADOWS OF LAKE ELMO is hereby renamed to Kelvin Avenue North. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall provide a certified <br />copy of this Resolution to the Washington County Surveyor's Office and any other <br />department within Washington County to ensure that the name is placed within the <br />records of Washington County and the 9-1-1 Emergency System. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 19`h day of December 2006. <br />Dean A.
