Escrow Reduction: HOA 2"d Addition <br />M/S/P Johnson/DeLapp — to approve Escrow Reduction for HOA 2"d Addition from <br />$319,062.50 to $48,750.00, as presented in the City Engineer's Memo dated <br />November 1, 2006. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />E. Resolution No 2006-117: Workers' Compensation for Elected Officials <br />The Finance Director reported that Minnesota Statute 176.001 subd. 9, (5) provided that <br />"municipal officers elected or appointed for a regular term of office," are considered to <br />be employees for workers' compensation purposes only if the City has passed an <br />ordinance or resolution to that effect. This would provide coverage for elected officials <br />injured while performing his or her duties. <br />M/S/P Johnson/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 2006-117, a Resolution regarding <br />Workers' Compensation Coverage for Elected Officials.
