PLANNING. LAND USE & ZONING: <br />A. Resolution No 2006-120• Garajze Location Waiver — Dean Otteson, 11989 30`h <br />Street North <br />The City Planner presented an application to approve location of a garage structure nearer <br />the street than the principal structure. He noted that the existing garage structure would <br />be removed, and that the new garage will be a greater distance from the street than the <br />existing garage. He also noted that a second existing house was to be removed as a <br />condition of remodeling the barn structure as a residence, and has not been removed as <br />promised. <br />Council requested that an additional requirement be added to the Resolution, requiring <br />that the existing old house be removed by November 30, 2006, and before any new work <br />is started on the garage. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Johnson — to adopt Resolution No. 2006-120, approving the location of a <br />40 foot by 28 foot detached garage nearer the front property line than the principal <br />structure at 11989 30 h Street North, as amended.
