APPROVED AS AMENDED NOVEMBER 21, 2006 <br />Gary Johnson, 2500 Manning Avenue, owner of Bittersweet Farms, stated that the nature <br />of Lake Elmo is changing affecting use and potential development of properties. The <br />future of what farms are going to be, rural character and seasonal sales, have to be <br />defined. <br />M/S/P Johnson/DeLapp - to take no enforcement action on Items 9C and 91). <br />(Motion passed 5-0) <br />12. PERSONNEL: <br />A. Performance Evaluation Request of Assistant City Administrator <br />M/S/P Johnson/DeLapp - to schedule a Performance Review of the Assistant City <br />Administrator, with City Attorney Filla present, on Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at <br />6:00 p.m. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />13. CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS AND REPORTS: <br />A. Mayor Johnston: None <br />B. Council Member Conlin asked about the status of the plaque, in Marty's memory, <br />for the Public Works building. This item will be discussed at a workshop. <br />- - - - - - - - C. Council -Member -DeLapp- informed -Council that he had attended an _Elected_ <br />Officials dinner last week. <br />D. Council Member Johnson congratulated Mayor Johnston, Council Member <br />DeLapp and Council -Elect Nicole Park, with special thanks to City Clerk Lumby, Carole <br />Luczak, the election judges and Public Works for all of their hard work with Elections. <br />E.
