CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />1�7.Y�l,��Y���7\��C��►SI 1 iff17►.I1 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR MANNING AVENUE FROM TH36 <br />TO THE SANCTUARY SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to reconstruct Manning Avenue <br />from TH36 to The Sanctuary Subdivision and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LAKE <br />ELMO CITY COUNCIL, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement identified as Manning Avenue <br />from TH36 to The Sanctuary Subdivision Project, as described in the City <br />Engineer's memo dated February 16, 2006, be referred to the City Engineer <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br />speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it <br />should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21 st day of <br />February, 2006. <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Martin Rafferty, <br />City Administrator <br />
