It is ridiculous that this new City Council is going against the past <br />City councils and all staff decisions and only selectively doing it to me and no one else in <br />this City. I would assume that you will let me know in advance of when the appeal will <br />be heard. As you already know you gave me pem7ission in 1998 to install the 6 by 6's <br />and drain tile to correct an erosion issue the Ziertman's had at that time and you inspected <br />it and passed it. Then there is a council resolution stating the field stone is legal on my <br />property in that location.
