CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-00 c�j <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2004-074 AND <br />ESTABLISHING CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOPS <br />WHEREAS, at its December 20, 2005 meeting, the City Administrator <br />recommended that Council Committees be restructured and that the City Council meet at <br />a workshop on a regular basis. <br />WHEREAS, at its December 20, 2005 meeting, the City Council determined that <br />it would be in the public interest to conduct regularly scheduled Council Workshops <br />which would eliminate the necessity for the Public Health and Safety Council Committee <br />meetings; Public Works Council Committee meetings; and Finance, Legal, Legislative, <br />Personnel Council Committee meetings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby establish <br />regularly scheduled Council Workshop meeting dates for the second Tuesday of each <br />month commencing at 6 p.m., as shown on the colored 2006 meeting calendar. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2004-074 Establishing City <br />Council Committees is hereby rescinded. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 3rd day of January, 2006. <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Martin J.
