Lake Elmo <br />Agenda Section: CONSENT <br />No. 4B <br />City Council <br />07-05-2006 <br />Agenda Item: Union Pacific Pipeline Crossing Agreement <br />Background Information for July 05, 2006: The City is preparing for the construction of a new water main for the <br />Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights neighborhoods. As part of this project, the City will need to enter into an agreement <br />with the Union Pacific Railroad to access their property. <br />Attached please find a Pipeline Crossing Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad which allows the City to Construct <br />and maintain a 12' water pipeline crossing for a one time fee of $1500.00. <br />Action Items: <br />Person responsible: <br />Tom Bouthilet <br />1.
