No., 13593.000 <br />Routing: <br />The Kraeger's have submitted a grading permit which is over the threshold that requires a Public Hearin,. <br />The plans have been reviewed and approved by both the City and the Valley Branch Watershed District. <br />The project involves removing soil from a small hill near their garage and using it to level an area near Lake <br />Elmo Avenue_ The level area will be seeded and have turf in the summer. In the winter, it will be used as a <br />parking area for holiday tree sales. <br />The project will not affect any drainage patterns, or create any new impervious surface. <br />We recommend approval of the grading permit in accordance with the plans on file, and subject to a <br />$1,500.00 escrow.
